WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are located in Nicosia Cyprus. We are currently working on opening our first brick & mortar store which we aim to have live in 2021. However we do offer local pick-up options and global and local express delivery. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the nature of our store as a secondary market place we do not accept or offer any returns with the exception of any goods damaged during transit. In-case of any damage during transit please contact us before returning the product so we advise you on the recording process for damaged goods and refund options.  

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept a variety of payment options including all major credit and debit cards and Paypal. 

In addition for Cyprus based orders we also offer cash on arrival option through our private courier. 

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

We currently do not offer Gift Cards but it is something we are exploring and as soon as we have the system set-up to manager gift cards we will inform our consumers. 

ARE ALL PRODUCTS AUTHENTIC?

All our products are 100% authentic and we do not support or encourage the creation or sale of any counterfeit items. If further product photos or information is needed on any of our products please contact us and we would be more than happy to provide any information you require.   

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE ORDERS?

For some of our brands we are the official distributor for Cyprus and as such we do also conduct wholesale services, please contact us with any questions and we will be more than happy to answer.
